Process Scrap Reduction

​By controlling heat removal, the Die Therm Control System reduces the thermal process
variation by between 50x and 100x normal variation. Long term case studies show reduction
that is nearing elimination of process scrap. Our system has been placed on processes that have ranged between 3 and 30% before Die Therm. We have consistently been able to achieve
process scrap rates of less than 0.15% to 0.5% after 3 to 6 months of process development.
